Name & Total No. Of Posts: 33 Marketing Officer, Manager & Other Posts

Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager (SSG), Grade – E7/ E6: 01
i) B.E./ B.Tech.degree in Electronics & CommunicationEngineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute/ University with good academic record.
ii) He/she should have 16years post qualification work experience in relevant discipline.

Chief Manager( QA-C), Grade – E6: 01
B.E/B.Tech degree in Electronics Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognisedInstitute / University. He/she should have minimum 14 Years post qualification experience in Quality Control.

Senior Technical Manager (Production) Manufacturing, Grade – E5: 01
Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics/ Production Engg/ Mechanical degree from a recognised Institute/ University with good academic record. MBA Degree in ProductionManagement is desirable. He/she should have 12 years post qualification work experience in relevant discipline.

Project Manager (Project Execution/O&M), Grade – E4: 02 (01-UR, 01-OBC)
Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.E./ B.Tech.degree with minimum 55% marks inMechanical/ Electrical Engineering. He should have minimum 09 years of post qualification experience in implementing projects, out of which minimum 06 years experience in project execution and management.

Technical Manager (R&D), Grade – E4: 01
Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.E/ B.Tech.degree in Electronics/ Electronics &Communication/ Electronics &Telecommunication Engg. with minimum 55%marks from a recognised Institute /University. He/ She should have minimum 09years of post qualification experience in relevant discipline.

Manager - MaterialManagement, Grade – E4: 02
Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.E./ B.Tech.degree with minimum 55% marks.
OR
Should be a Graduate with 55% Marks and MBA/ PGDM/ PGP, preferably in Supply ChainManagement/ Materials Management from a recognised Institute / University. The candidate should have 09 Years of relevant post qualification experience.

Assistant Manager (Civil), Grade – E3: 01
Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in CivilEngineering from a recognised Institute/University. He/ She should have minimum 06years of post qualification experience in execution of civil works.

Assistant Manager (Accounts), Grade – E3: 02
Qualification: Candidates must have passed Graduate in commerce and passed final examination of CA/ICWA with 06 years post qualification experience in preparation and finalisation of profit & loss accounts and balance sheet,interaction with statutory auditors, internal auditors, CAG and other Govt. agencies.

Accounts Officer, Grade – E2: 01
Qualification: Candidates must have passed graduate in commerce and passed final examination of CA/ICWA with 02 years post qualification experience in preparation of MIS, periodical profit & loss accounts and balance sheet,interaction with statutory auditors of CAG and other Govt. agencies. Working experience inERP System is essential.

Security Officer, Grade – E2: 01
Qualification: Candidates must have passed Graduate in any discipline.

Deputy Engineer (R&D) Grade – E2: 01
Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.E/ B.Tech.degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. with minimum 55%marks from a recognised Institute /University.

Sr. Manager – New Product Development(Contract Basis), Grade - E5: 01
Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.E./ B.Tech.Degree in Electrical/ Electronics andCommunication/ Mechanical Engineering. He/ She should have minimum 12 years of ``post qualification experience in relevant discipline.

Manager (Defence Marketing) (Contract basis), Grade - E4: 01
Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ MechanicalEngineering with minimum 55% marks.He/she should have minimum 09 years ofpost qualification experience in Indian Defence Forces.

Marketing Manager (Contract basis), Grade - E4: 02
Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation/ PV Technology Engineering with minimum 55% marks and 02 years full time MBA in Marketing from a recognised Institute / University.

Assistant Technical Manager (P) Manufacturing/ Maintenance) (Contract basis), Grade - E3: 02
Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.E./ B.Tech.Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ MechanicalEngineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised university. He/ she should have 06years post qualification experience out of which04 years experience in Production.

Officer - Material Management (Contract basis), Grade - E2: 02
Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.E./ B.Tech.degree with minimum 55% marks.
OR
Graduate with 55% Marks and MBA/PGDM/PGP, preferably in Supply ChainManagement/ Materials Management from a recognised Institute / University. The candidate should have 02 Years of relevant post qualification experience.

Officer (HR) (on contract), Grade - E2: 01
Qualification: Candidates must have passed Graduate with minimum 55% marks along with MBA/PGP/PGDM in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification. He/she should have minimum 02 years of post qualification experience in HR/IR functions.

Marketing Officer (on contract): 10
Qualification: Candidates must have passed Engineering graduate with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Age Limit: Candidates age should be not less than 18 years and not more than 50 Years. For post wise age details go through the official notification. Upper age relaxation applicable as per the govt rules.

Selection Method: Based on Interview.
