Name of the Post: Executive Secretary

Required Age Limit: Age should not be more than 40 years.

Required Educational Qualification: The applicant should have any degree. Diploma in Secretarial services or Diploma from State Board of Technical Education and Training or in related field will be an added advantage. He/she should be proficient in Shorthand and Typewriting. He/She should have
more than 60 w.p.m. speed in typing, shorthand with 5 years of secretarial experience. He/She should be proficient in English and well acquainted with soft skills in MS office.

Pay Scale: A consolidated remuneration of Rs.30000/- is offered per month. Higher remuneration for exceptionally qualified and with proven experience will be considered.

Qualification: A post graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.

Desirable:

iii) Knowledge of computer.
Officers of Central Services will be given preference.
Those who recently retired from the Central/ State Government services, may also apply. 

For Secretary to Director
Qualification(s): Post Graduate with 55% marks or equivalent grade.
Experience: 8 years as stenographer or Secretarial job in a University/IITs/Research Institute with good communication and computer skills.
Those who recently retired from the Central/ State Government/ Autonomous Body/Educational & Research Institute services, may also apply.

For Assistant (Grade-III)
Qualification: Graduate with 55% marks
Experience: 2 years of experience in relevant service.
Desirable: Proficiency in Computer operation, MS office and adequate typing speed
